How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy—just use our online form and follow the prompts. We will get back to you within a business day or two. For most major holidays allow for a little extra response time.
Can I customize my purchase?

Yes, we’re happy to tailor products to your taste within our abilities. We can design. Upfront payment is required for large orders.
What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major cards including American Express® Cards, PayPal, and most digital wallets for your convenience. We do take cash on occasion. We do not accept checks without proof of ID at this time.
How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 7-10 business days. Local orders for the Tampa Bay area are sooner. If you are located in St. Petersburg, Florida we can create a personalized pick up and drop-off experience depending on order size and client. Policy Questions
What is your AI policy?

Our photographs and images are taken by us. Our products are shown as real and not in an altered state. While we have nothing against AI unlike most online sites & Etsy sites. If we ever do mock-ups this will be labeled as AI. We can happily provide
